How long does a typical patio installation take?

Most standard patios up to 28 sqm finish in three to five working days, weather permitting. Larger or more complex designs may take up to seven to ten days. We’ll give you a precise timeline during our consultation.

In many UK local authorities, patios under 10 cm thickness do not require planning permission. If your design does require permission—for example raised platforms or integrated garden features—we’ll handle the entire application process at no extra charge.

Yes. If your existing slab is level and structurally sound, we can install porcelain or sandstone directly over it using a thin-set method. We’ll inspect during the consultation to choose the best approach.

Porcelain: Extremely low maintenance—just sweep and rinse occasionally.
Sandstone: Sweep away debris, rinse with a hose periodically, and reseal every three to five years to preserve colour and prevent stains. We offer a resealing service if you prefer we handle it.
